The Lait de poule clothing collection was designed to highlight your post-partum silhouette.

And if I dared …

And if I dared is what said to herself a 31-year-old mom when she had the idea to create a flexible and trendy dress for breastfeeding. The idea behind this brainchild came to life so you would be able to get a flexible and affordable breastfeeding wardrobe. She dared to see her vision to the end, was able to stay herself and is proud of her accomplishment. Claudia Chassé was bold enough to launch herself into the adventure of a lifetime which is the essence of the collection.

The breastfeeding clothes offered in the market were small black dresses cross-over breasts, blend with no flair. Claudia felt it did not meet the needs of today’s moms like herself.

The Lait de poule clothing collection were imagined by a breastfeeding mom and thus tested and proofed to withstand the hazards of breastfeeding (numerous washes, elasticity, lactating, discretion). Besides, its conception in 2 distinct parts, (base dress and separate top) allows better adjustment and is more suited to the post-partum silhouette.

Inspiration behind the name Lait de poule

Besides representing a familiar expression in French, Lait de poule has both a dynamic and funny echo, with a retro background. Both words which form the full name of the company also summarize the spirit of the brand:

LAIT/ MILK: mother’s milk

POULE/ HEN: for ‘‘mother hen’’ that smolders her off-springs and takes care of herself but also for the slick chick who is trendy and looking for the best to wear at her hen party.
