One of our goals is to reduce delivery times to a minimum. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business day(s) and mailed out within 1-3 day(s). Although we make every effort to meet these deadlines, this does not constitute a guarantee. Times may vary depending on the season and availability. Please let us know if you have specific delivery requirements.

Lait de poule offers free delivery in Quebec and Canada for all orders of $100 or more.

Yes we ship internationally. For orders in Europe, we offer free shipping for orders over 20Є.

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. To know these costs, it is up to the customer to inquire with the customs authorities of his country.

Our mission is to make you shine. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it by mail for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days of placing your order. The item must still be labeled, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition. We may refuse a refund in the case of an item that is not suitable for resale (air freshener brand, animal hair, make-up brand, etc.).

Items on sale at 50% or more are final sale. LDP EXCLUSIVE or PRE-ORDER products are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. The return is at the customer's expense.

For any return or exchange, contact us by email at serviceclient@laitdepouleinc.com. We recommend that you use a shipping service that has a tracking service. We are not responsible for packages not received.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
