In collaboration with visual arts students from Cégep Lionel-Groulx, Lait de poule presents a brand new series of maternity and breastfeeding t-shirts featuring unique works by artists from Cégep Lionel-Groulx. These students took up with talent the challenge launched by Lait de poule to integrate the notion of motherhood into emblematic works of art history.
Les Nanas are sculptures by Franco-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle, who was part of the New Realists group. They recall by their name a modern woman and by their shapes the feminine silhouette by emphasizing the curves such as the chest and the buttocks. Les Nanas also represent the intervention of Niki de Saint-Phalle in the feminist movement of the 1980s.
